Terms of use
Last updated 4 October 2026 · version draft-2026-10c
These are the rules for using KRIGYAN. We have kept them short and plain.
Using KRIGYAN
- You must be a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over to create an account. Children use the app through accounts that a parent or a teacher sets up.
- Give accurate information and keep your password and your child's password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Teachers and school staff are added by our team. They may use the app only for teaching the children in their classes. A teacher who adds a child to a class confirms that the child's parent or guardian has agreed to it, and must remove the child if that permission is withdrawn.
What you agree not to do
- share another family's information, or try to see data that is not yours
- use bots, scripts or fake accounts, or try to break or overload the service
- copy, resell or republish our questions, games and guides
- use the app to harass anyone or to share anything harmful
Learning content
Our questions, games and guides are meant to help children practise their school syllabus. We check our content, but mistakes can happen; if you spot one, tell us at krigyan.edu@gmail.com. KRIGYAN supports learning at home and in class. We do not promise any particular marks, grades or rank.
Our content and your content
KRIGYAN and its content belong to us or to those who license it to us. You may use it personally while you have an account. What your child does in the app belongs to your family, and we use it only as described in our privacy policy.
Free beta and future plans
KRIGYAN is in beta. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. During the beta it is free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you will never be charged unless you choose a plan.
Ending your account
You can stop using KRIGYAN at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the privacy policy). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
Our responsibility
We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from using the app.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and we will tell you about important changes before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
