Child safety

Parents ask us the same questions, so here are straight answers about how KRIGYAN keeps children safe.
What we promise
- No advertising. Children never see ads, and we never sell their data.
- No chatting with strangers. Children cannot message, call or friend anyone in the app.
- No open AI chat. There is no chatbot for children to talk to. AI helps our team draft content, and a person approves every question and game before a child sees it.
- A parent is in charge. A parent creates or approves the child's account, sees their progress, and can reset the child's password at any time.
- Little personal information. We do not ask for a child's email, phone number, photo or location.
Class rankings
Children may see how they are doing among their own classmates in a subject. Rankings stay inside one class. A child appears on a classmate's board, with first name and avatar only, if their parent has switched that on. Parents can turn it off at any time.
What teachers can see
A teacher sees only the children in their own class, and a subject teacher sees only their own subject. Access to children's records is logged.
Healthy use
KRIGYAN is made for the weekend: one relaxed session on a Saturday or Sunday, with nothing to keep up every day. Sessions end on their own, streaks reward coming back rather than long hours, and there is no endless feed.
Report a concern
If you see a wrong or unsuitable question, a problem with an account, or anything that worries you, write to krigyan.edu@gmail.com. We aim to reply within 2 working days and will look into urgent safety reports first. You can also use the contact page.
